Senior Marketing Communications Manager

Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of one of the world’s leading consumer electronics companies. Our respected client is seeking a high-calibre marketing professional to fill the job of Senior Marketing Communications Manager, to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The winning candidate will will report directly to the Marketing Director.

Key responsibilities will include:

Establish annual marketing communication strategic plan (including ATL/BTL, Event, PR) to support the achievement of company targets and division targets
Develop optimal strategy of co-branding between company and party vendor in order to achieve department targets
Direct and monitor the implementation of department strategic plan to ensure activities are in line with the plan and company policy and procedure
Keep abreast and understand all the third-party funding guidelines in order to generate optimal usage in supporting all marketing communication activities
Appoint and evaluate agency performance so as to achieve department objectives and target effectively and efficiently
Build good relationship with media to ensure optimum brand coverage with the first tier of the media in the six biggest cities
Develop and evaluate marketing communication internal process flow and SLA to obtain effective support for internal and external parties
Prepare annual department budget for superior’s approval and monitor the usage in order to ensure effective and efficient use of allocated budget
Develop, motivate, and evaluate subordinate performances and identify training and development needs and propose the most appropriate development program to improve subordinates capabilities or competencies

Job Requirements

Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in marketing communications, with multinational consumer goods company preferred
Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, both oral and written
